Terms

1. Who may use this

• You must be 18 or over. No exceptions.
• You must be legally allowed to use a service like this where you are.
• One person per wallet. Do not sign in on someone else's behalf.

2. What a ticket buys

A ticket admits you to one session: every round we can match you into, and an exchange call with anyone you both liked. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.

We cannot promise how many people will be there, that you will be matched with anybody, or that you will match with anybody. A session is a room, not a result. If a session does not run at all, your ticket is not consumed and carries to the next one.

3. Payment and refunds

• Tickets are paid in USDT on Solana. We never take custody of funds and hold no keys.
• Blockchain payments are irreversible. Even if we wanted to send one back, we could not — there is no key on this site that could.
• There are no refunds. Once a payment is made it is final — whether or not you attend, and whether or not the evening suits you.
• If you paid and the evening never put you in front of anybody, the ticket is not spent. It is carried forward automatically and you can use it on any future session at no further cost. It does not expire and you do not have to ask. This is a credit towards another evening, not a refund — no money is ever sent back.
• If you were paired with even one person, the ticket has been used.
• Sending the wrong amount, the wrong token or to the wrong chain cannot be recovered by us.

4. How to behave on a call

You agree not to:

• expose yourself, perform sexual acts, or show sexual content;
• harass, threaten, demean or abuse anybody;
• be on a call with a child present, or be a child;
• record, screenshot or re-broadcast another person without their agreement;
• ask anyone for money, crypto, gift cards or investment, or promote any scheme;
• advertise, recruit, or sell anything;
• impersonate anybody, or claim to represent this site;
• try to identify, locate or contact somebody who has not chosen to give you their details.

Breaking these ends your evening without a refund, and we may block your wallet from future sessions. Serious matters are referred to the police.

5. Exchange calls and contact details

Details are exchanged by the two of you, out loud, on a two-minute call. We never see, store or pass on what you say. Once you are in touch elsewhere, you are outside this site and none of its protections apply. You can pull out of any exchange call at any time, and you never have to give your details to anybody.

6. Hosting an evening

• Anyone may host. You set the title, the times and the price.
• We take 25% of every ticket. It settles in the same transaction as your share, automatically, so neither of us holds the other's money.
• Your share goes to the payout address you give us. Check it. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address.
• You are responsible for your own tax and for anything you tell people about your evening.
• Hosts cannot switch off the safety rules, the reporting route, the 18+ requirement or the deletion at close. Those are the site's, on every evening.
• We may cancel or suspend an evening that breaks these terms. Because tickets are paid directly to you on the chain, we hold nothing to return — settling with your attendees is then yours to do.

7. Speedshare and suggestions

Speedshare is a public board for general conversation with the whole site — it is not a way to message an individual, and there is no private messaging here at all. Do not post contact details, other people's information, or anything you would not say aloud in a room. We may remove anything, and posts are cleared with everything else at the close of a session.

8. What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, that video will connect on every network, or that any evening will run.

We do not verify anyone. We do not check ages, identities, photographs or anything a person says. You are meeting strangers, exactly as you would anywhere else, and you are responsible for your own safety — please read the safety page.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for what other users do, on or off this site; for anything that follows an exchange of contact details; for losses from any payment you make to another person; or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the session in question.

10. Ending it

You can stop at any time — leave the evening, or simply do not come back. There is no account to close and nothing of yours survives the next close. We may refuse service to a wallet that breaks these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you join a session is the one that applies to that session.
