Terms

1. Who may use this

• You must be 25 or over. No exceptions.
• You must be legally allowed to use a service like this where you are.
• One person per wallet. Do not sign in on someone else's behalf.
• We do not operate everywhere. A number of countries are not served at all, and the country list on your profile only offers the ones we do serve. If yours is not there, we cannot take you.
• You tell us where you are and we take that at face value. We do not track or geolocate you. Selecting a country that is not yours in order to get around a restriction is a breach of these terms, and any payment made that way is still non-refundable.
• Where you are also affects who you meet: you choose a dating region, and you are only ever matched with someone whose region and yours accept each other.

2. Booking, waiting rooms and what a ticket buys

Booking is free and is not a ticket. It puts you in the waiting room for that evening and costs nothing.

While you are in a waiting room we work out whether the evening can actually work for the people in it — not simply how many have turned up, but whether there are people you could be matched with under your own answers. You are not asked to pay until it does. If an evening never gets there, you are told, and you are never charged for it.

An evening can run even when it is uneven. If there are far more of one group than another it still goes ahead, and you may meet fewer people than on a busy night — possibly only one. The expected programme is published in the waiting room before you pay, so you can see what you are buying. A short evening is not grounds for a refund.

There are two rooms. Standard is $10 and gives you 5 minutes with each person; VIP is $15 and gives you 10 minutes. VIP buys a longer call and nothing else — your age range, who you want to meet, what you are here for and your dating region are applied identically in both, so a VIP room is a smaller pool and never a looser one. Twice the minutes also means roughly half as many people in an evening. The two rooms are matched separately and are assessed for viability separately.

Sessions run 19:00–21:00 South African time, every evening. The site shows you that time in your own timezone wherever it appears; if the two disagree, the South African time is the one that governs.

A ticket admits you to one session: every round we can match you into, and an exchange call with anyone you both liked. It is not a subscription and nothing renews.

We cannot promise how many people will be there, that you will be matched with anybody, or that you will match with anybody. A session is a room, not a result. If a session does not run at all, your ticket is not consumed and carries to the next one.

3. Payment and refunds

• Tickets are paid in USDT on Solana. We never take custody of funds and hold no keys.
• Blockchain payments are irreversible. Even if we wanted to send one back, we could not — there is no key on this site that could.
• There are no refunds. Once a payment is made it is final — whether or not you attend, and whether or not the evening suits you.
• If you paid and the evening never put you in front of anybody, the ticket is not spent. It is carried forward automatically and you can use it on any future session at no further cost. It does not expire and you do not have to ask. This is a credit towards another evening, not a refund — no money is ever sent back.
• If you were paired with even one person, the ticket has been used.
• Sending the wrong amount, the wrong token or to the wrong chain cannot be recovered by us.
• When to pay. We ask you to settle at least two hours before the doors open, so the evening can be planned around who is actually coming.
• Seats close thirty minutes before the start. Inside that half hour nothing more is sold, and a late seat is only ever sold for an evening that has already been confirmed as going ahead. A carried-forward credit is a seat too, and the same windows apply to it.
• Crypto is restricted in some countries. Where we know of a restriction we will warn you before you pay, but that warning is a courtesy and not legal advice — it may be incomplete or out of date, and the law changes. It is your responsibility to know whether you may lawfully hold and send USDT where you are. Given that there are no refunds, do not pay if you are unsure.

4. How to behave on a call

You agree not to:

• expose yourself, perform sexual acts, or show sexual content;
• harass, threaten, demean or abuse anybody;
• be on a call with a child present, or be a child;
• record, screenshot or re-broadcast another person without their agreement;
• ask anyone for money, crypto, gift cards or investment, or promote any scheme;
• advertise, recruit, or sell anything;
• impersonate anybody, or claim to represent this site;
• try to identify, locate or contact somebody who has not chosen to give you their details.

Breaking these ends your evening without a refund, and we may block your wallet from future sessions. Serious matters are referred to the police.

5. Exchange calls and contact details

Details are exchanged by the two of you, out loud, on a two-minute call. We never see, store or pass on what you say. Once you are in touch elsewhere, you are outside this site and none of its protections apply. You can pull out of any exchange call at any time, and you never have to give your details to anybody.

6. Hosting an evening

• Anyone may host. You set the title, the times and the price.
• We take 25% of every ticket. It settles in the same transaction as your share, automatically, so neither of us holds the other's money.
• Your share goes to the payout address you give us. Check it. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address.
• You are responsible for your own tax and for anything you tell people about your evening.
• Hosts cannot switch off the safety rules, the reporting route, the 25+ requirement or the deletion at close. Those are the site's, on every evening.
• We may cancel or suspend an evening that breaks these terms. Because tickets are paid directly to you on the chain, we hold nothing to return — settling with your attendees is then yours to do.

7. Speedshare and suggestions

Speedshare is a public board for general conversation with the whole site — it is not a way to message an individual, and there is no private messaging here at all. Do not post contact details, other people's information, or anything you would not say aloud in a room. We may remove anything, and posts are cleared with everything else at the close of a session.

8. What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, that video will connect on every network, or that any evening will run.

We do not verify anyone. We do not check ages, identities, photographs or anything a person says. You are meeting strangers, exactly as you would anywhere else, and you are responsible for your own safety — please read the safety page.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for what other users do, on or off this site; for anything that follows an exchange of contact details; for losses from any payment you make to another person; or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the session in question.

10. Ending it

You can stop at any time — leave the evening, or simply do not come back. There is no account to close and nothing of yours survives the next close. We may refuse service to a wallet that breaks these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you join a session is the one that applies to that session.
